Refund, No Show, cancellation, & children Policy

All sales are final & no refunds will be issued (Treatment procedure waivers/acknowledgements are signed at time of appointment & aftercare instructions will be provided). Do to eyelash extensions requiring such gentle & strict maintenance, we are unable to guarantee your lashes. We regret that all eyelash services are non-refundable and thank you for your understanding.
If you No show, except in the case of an emergency (to be determined by Precise Lashes or Precise Laser Tattoo & Hair Removal Staff) we will reserve the right to refuse services.
A No show will be counted as being more than 10 minutes late for your appointment.
A cancellation within 2 hours of your appointment will be counted as a No show.
We ask that you refrain from bringing children to your appointment for our safety and yours. We do not provide anyone to watch children at Precise Lashes, LLC and Precise Laser Tattoo & Hair Removal, LLC and will not be held liable for unsupervised children and will charge for any damages caused by unsupervised children. If you do bring children to your appointment, Precise Lashes, LLC & Precise Laser Tattoo & Hair Removal will reserve the right to refuse services. and will book you another appointment at your earliest convenience. We greatly appreciate your understanding regarding this matter.
